A case of rape of a girl from Muslim community for not converting her religion has come to light in a village in Khandauli, Agra. A person associated with Bajrang Dal has been accused of this. The victim’s mother has filed a case against 25 people including five named. He says that first the entire family was pressurized to change their religion. When they did not agree, the land was captured. Raped the daughter on complaint to the police. The police have started investigation.
While filing the case, the mother of the victim girl told the police that her family alone lives in the village. Due to this, some people of the village are pressurizing his family to convert. She protests. A few months ago, Chandrabhan and 15-20 of his associates, who had informed about Bajrang Dal, entered the house. After refusing to convert, Chandrabhan, Jagveer, his father Pratap Singh, brother-in-law Rahul and Sachin took possession of the agricultural land.
He complained to the police officials. On this Chandrabhan accepted Ranjish. He started trying to drive the family away from the village. On the evening of April 7, the daughter had gone to another house to clean. Chandrabhan took advantage of this and entered the house. Started raping his daughter. Hearing the noise both the sons came. On this the accused ran away. Later, the accused’s father and brother entered the house with a pistol, stick and axe. Beat up the family. After this, they kept pressuring him not to file a case. The family is in panic due to this.
Case against the girl’s family also
On the other hand, accused Pratap Singh of Chandrabhan side also filed a case. In this, the woman who filed the rape case, her two sons and daughter have been named. The case has been registered under the section of assault, abuse, threat to kill and murderous attack. Pratap Singh told the police that on April 7, grandson Kuldeep was caught by the accused brothers. Pointed the gun and threatened to kidnap. He was beaten upon protesting. The mother and sister of the accused youth also came. Attacked them with sticks. Was also beaten with a brick. Baba and grandson got injured due to this. His son had been murdered in the past. The family is in panic due to threats from the accused. The police was informed about this.
Land dispute, action will be taken after collecting evidence
Assistant Police Commissioner Etmadpur Dr. Sukanya Sharma said that the woman has accused of raping her daughter. A case has been registered against him under various sections including assault, rape. The matter is being investigated. Preliminary investigation has revealed a land dispute behind the incident. On the other hand, the party against whom allegations have been made has also filed a case. In both the cases, action will be taken after collecting evidence.

State Vice President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Sunil Parashar, says that there is no worker or official named Chandrabhan in Bajrang Dal in Khandauli area. The organization has nothing to do with such a person.
